The smartphone is powered by Exynos 990 (7 nm+) – Global and Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865+ (7 nm+) – USA processor. The device comes in various colors such as Mystic Bronze, Mystic Black, and Mystic White.

Fingerprint (under display, ultrasonic), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer. It comes with Samsung Wireless DeX (desktop experience support), ANT+,
and Bixby natural language commands and dictation.

The size of the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G is pretty big as it consists of 6.9 inches with a Dynamic AMOLED 2X capacitive touchscreen and 1440 x 3088 pixels (~496 PPI density).
